Users shall not engage in the following acts using this software:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying this software without authorization;
• Distributing malicious code, unlawful information, or inappropriate content through this software;
• Using this software or derivative works for commercial purposes (unless with prior written authorization).

Violation of the above grants AstralSight Studios the right to terminate or restrict the user’s access without prior notice.

III. Third-Party Services and Content

1. This software may integrate third-party services or access third-party resources (including but not limited to Xiaomi’s official APIs, community content, etc.), and users must comply with the relevant terms of service.
2. AstralSight Studios makes no guarantees regarding the stability, legality, or security of third-party services, and any disputes arising between users and third parties must be resolved independently by the user.

V. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement, as well as the resolution of disputes, shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules).

VI. Agreement amendment

1. AstralSight Studios may amend this Agreement as needed, with amendments published via its official channels and taking effect upon publication.
2. Continued use of the software after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
