This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (a natural person or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as “you”) and AstralSight Studios (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer” or “we”), the developer of AstroBox, regarding your licensed use of the AstroBox software (hereinafter referred to as “the Software”). Before using the Software, please read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement and agree to abide by the rules and restrictions set forth herein; if you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use the Software. The Software is cross-platform, and this Agreement applies to your use of the Software on any supported platform.

This Software is not developed, licensed, represented by, or affiliated with hardware manufacturers such as Xiaomi or vivo. For information on how this Software processes your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

I. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AstralSight Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by you, for the purpose of connecting to and managing devices owned by you or that you are authorized to use. All rights in and to the Software are reserved by the Developer or respective rights holders; all other rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by AstralSight Studios.

II. Use Restrictions

Except as permitted by applicable law or the open-source license under which this Software is provided, you may not:

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software;
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the legitimate rights of others;
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or administrative rules;
• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights;
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Software or server security by technical means;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software without authorization;
• Distribute malicious code, illegal information, or inappropriate content through the Software;
• Use the Software or derivative works for commercial purposes (unless written authorization is obtained).

If you violate the foregoing, AstralSight Studios has the right to terminate or restrict your right to use the Software without prior notice.

III. Membership Subscription and Auto-Renewal

The Software offers a “Sponsor Plan” membership subscription to unlock corresponding membership benefits:

• Tiers: The Sponsor Plan is divided into three tiers: PRO, CreatorPlus, and CreatorPro. Each tier unlocks different benefits, as shown on the in-app “Sponsor Plan” page.
• Subscription Periods: Each tier offers both monthly and yearly auto-renewal periods.
• Pricing and Payment: The specific price, currency, and period of each subscription are clearly displayed in the app and the relevant payment channel at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are settled through the platform where you make the purchase (e.g., App Store), and that platform will charge your account.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew and your account will be charged according to the price applicable to the current period.
• Management and Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the account/subscription settings of the relevant platform. Cancellation will take effect after the currently paid period ends, and no pro-rata refund will be provided for the current period (except as required by law).
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform where you made the purchase.

IV. Open Source License

The Software is free and open-source software, and its source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL v3, with possible additional terms). For copying, modifying, and redistributing the source code itself, the terms of the applicable open-source license take precedence; any part of this Agreement that conflicts with that open-source license shall not apply to the source code to the extent of the conflict. You may review, audit, or contribute to the source code.

V. Third-Party Services and Content

The Software may integrate with or access third-party services and resources (including but not limited to official APIs of manufacturers such as Xiaomi and vivo, BandBBS community content, and other third-party resources). When using relevant features, you must comply with the terms of service of the corresponding third parties. AstralSight Studios makes no guarantee regarding the availability, stability, legality, or security of third-party services; disputes arising between you and a third party shall be resolved by you and that third party.

VI. Risk Notice

1. The Software involves modifying system resources on devices, which may cause device malfunctions, data loss, or account restrictions. Users assume the associated risks.
2. AstralSight Studios is not responsible for any loss caused by user operations or external factors.

VII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. The Software is used to connect to and manage devices owned by you or that you are authorized to use. Risks such as device abnormalities, data loss, or other issues caused by improper operation, device compatibility, firmware differences, or third-party factors are borne by you. Please fully understand the relevant risks before use.

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The conclusion, execution, interpretation of, and dispute resolution under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules).

IX. Agreement Amendments

AstralSight Studios has the right to amend this Agreement based on feature changes, actual needs, laws and regulations, or platform rules, and to publish the amended Agreement through its distribution channels. In the event of material changes, we will notify users through app update logs, in-app pages, or the official website, and update the date at the top of this Agreement. The amended Agreement shall take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Software after amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.

X. Contact Information

Appendix: Additional Terms for Apple App Store Version

The following terms apply only when you obtain and use the Software through the Apple App Store, as a supplement required by Apple. With respect to the App Store version, if this Appendix conflicts with the main body, this Appendix shall prevail.

1. This Agreement is entered into solely between you and the Developer, not Apple Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Apple”). The Developer (not Apple) is solely responsible for the Software and its content, and this Agreement may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. The scope of this license is limited to use of the Software on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by you and that comply with the App Store Usage Rules.
3. Maintenance and technical support for the Software are provided solely by the Developer; Apple has no obligation in this regard.
4. If the Software fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price paid for the Software (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations.
5. Claims related to product liability, failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, and third-party intellectual property infringement are the responsibility of the Developer (not Apple).
6. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
7. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple shall have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
8. App Store subscription payment, renewal, refunds, and subscription management are subject to the relevant App Store rules.

Before installing and using this software, please ensure that you fully understand and accept the above terms. Otherwise, please uninstall and stop using AstroBox immediately.
